You have the opportunity to make a big impact on the lives of those living in the village of Chachaguala, Honduras. The mission team that will travel to Honduras in April will be pouring cement floors for people who currently have dirt floors in their homes. The cost to sponsor an entire floor is $100. You can also choose to sponsor 1/2 a floor for $50. Please make checks payable to St. Luke Lutheran Church and write “Honduras Floors” in the memo line.

You’re Invited to a Dinner for 8

It’s time to sign up to be a part of “Dinner for Eight”. This event will take place on Sunday, March 28th beginning at 5 p.m. Childcare will be offered at the church so that you can enjoy an evening with 8 wonderful people. Host homes will provide the main dish and guests will bring the rest of the meal. Sign up in the Connection Form on Sunday mornings or you can get more information by calling the church office at 860-464-7897. We hope that you will choose to be a part of this event as we seek to “Build Community” in 2010.
