PASTOR STEPHEN R. SCHMIDT, LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Steve is now serving in his eleventh year as Lead Pastor for St. Luke. He came to St. Luke after serving Connecticut College for nine years as the Chaplain of the College. He has been happily married to Joyce Schmidt for twenty eight years. Joyce continues to work for the Dean of the Faculty at Connecticut College. They have two adult daughters, Sarah and Rebekah. Sarah is an admissions counselor for Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin. Rebekah is in graduate school at Barry University in Miami, Florida. Steve and Joyce live in Quaker Hill along with their dog, Ellie, and cat, Midnight.

PASTOR SEAN M BUNGER, ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Pastor Sean is now in his third year at St. Luke. He graduated from Wartburg Theological Seminary and is married to Jess Bunger who is an Associate in Ministry for the ELCA currently serving at Niantic Community Church. They have a three year old son, Seth and a puppy named Rocky.
